CAIPA Activities Form Submission

The Advisory Council is required to complete an Advisory Council report each year as part of the PAIMI Program Performance Report. The Advisory Council’s portion of the report describes the activities of the council and its assessment of the operations of the system.

Council members are asked to submit the training and educational activities in preparation for the required reporting:
