Preparing for the New DESE Regulations Around Time Out Practices
On April 17, 2026, DLC co-hosted a webinar that focused on providing information to schools about the tools available to them with the new DESE regulations. The webinar recording and materials presented and referenced in the training will help schools understand and comply with the new Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) regulations around reducing and eliminating the use of time-out rooms in Massachusetts schools.
